Fusion: It means as per dictionary - the process of joining two or more things together to form a single entity.
Here we are taking about Pilates fusion. What is this? How does it work? What are the benefits? Would I get results? Would I be able to do it? Is it for every body?
Let's take it one by one.
1. What is Pilates Fusion?
Pilates works under certain principles:
Like Breathing, Centering, Control, Concentration, Precision, Balance Muscle Development, Rhythm/Flow, Body Movement and Relaxation.
So when we Fuse all the above it's fusion of exercise which can be conducted with grace.
2.How does it work?
When all these principles in your body and your mind flows as per your command, you become the master of your body, you are now the one who is controlling your mind. The result is incredible.
3. What are the benefits?
When you have got the control of your mind and body, you are entering into a new Body which has achieved new strength, has enhanced new physical abilities, has improved postures, has led to balanced muscle development, your core is now magnified. You have created a life of balance.
4. Would I get result/ would I be able to do it?
Of course, absolutely, without doubt, indisputably.
5. Is it for everybody?
Everyone can do PILATES. Age is not a barrier it's just a number. Even a child can do PILATES. But there are certain exercises where you need guidance, where you need expert advice and some times you do need your physical advisor /doctor to guide you with certain exercises.
This requires more detail discussion that I will take on in next blog.
Remember, the more you move the more flexible you will be and all your ailment will be long gone. If you have any questions I would be happy to answer them.

"When all your muscles are properly developed, you will, as a matter of course, perform your work with minimum effort and maximum pleasure."
